Microkinesitherapy Worldwide
Microkinesitherapy is part of GETCOP (Groupe d’Évaluation des Thérapies Complémentaires Personnalisées et des Pratiques Innovantes) – Group for the Evaluation of Personalized Complementary Therapies and Innovative Practices.
Microkinesitherapy was initially developed in France. A unified teaching center was established for all countries:
CFM (Centre de Formation de la Microkinésithérapie) https://microkinesitherapie.fr/
Training is conducted by CFM-certified specialists: https://microkinesitherapie.fr/international/
Published Studies
1990 – Treatment of Upper Limb Algoneurodystrophy Syndrome Using Microkinesitherapy
Algoneurodystrophy (Sudeck’s Syndrome) is a pain syndrome that occurs after limb injuries, accompanied by prolonged vasomotor and trophic disorders and osteoporosis. This is a severe condition, the treatment of which in conventional medicine is lengthy and challenging, often with unsatisfactory results.
Results: Microkinesitherapy allows for significant pain reduction, improved trophism, and mobility in a single session.
2006 – Study on the Treatment of Low Back Pain in 300 Patients Using Microkinesitherapy
Improvement achieved after a microkinesitherapy session reached 78%.
A single session helped a group of patients feel significantly better, both in terms of pain and motor deficits. All patients in the group showed consistent improvements across all types of “disability.”
2013 – Electrophotonic Visualization of Microkinesitherapy
The experiment used a special video camera that records photon emissions from living organisms under the influence of a high-frequency electric field (Kirlian effect).
Organ dysfunction leads to a decrease or increase in photon emission levels.
A group of 60 patients with prolonged functional disorders and a significant psycho-emotional component was studied. Symptoms included spinal pain, sleep disturbances, visceral manifestations, and fatigue.
Positive effects of a microkinesitherapy session manifested within the first eight days and stabilized over four weeks.
Measuring the number of emitted photons and electrons allowed for objective evaluation of the impact of a microkinesitherapy session on functional disorders of various origins.
2014 – Assessment of Heart Rate Variability in Fibromyalgia After Microkinesitherapy
Fibromyalgia is a condition characterized by diffuse, symmetrical chronic pain in skeletal muscles.
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is a universal non-invasive tool for measuring autonomic nervous system function.
Two sessions were conducted with a 45-day interval.
All patients experienced sustained improvement.
2016 – Assessment of Clinical Effectiveness of Microkinesitherapy in Post-Traumatic Cervicalgia (Neck Pain). Randomized Double-Blind Clinical Study
The impact of a microkinesitherapy session on pain and range of motion in acute post-traumatic neck pain.
Effect of the session: Symptom reduction was observed within 8 days, with stabilization over the following 3 weeks.
2017 – Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome: Impact of Microkinesitherapy
Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a complex set of chronic gastrointestinal dysfunctions characterized by the absence of organic damage to digestive organs. In clinical practice, it is characterized by recurrent abdominal pain and defecation disorders.
Improvement after a microkinesitherapy session was 74%, compared to 38% for placebo (observed over 1 month).
2017 – A New Approach to Manual Therapy of the Immune System: Experimental Study
The study group returned to pre-stress hormonal levels (cytokines).
A method of manual correction of immune responses suppressed due to emotional stress was confirmed.

A New Approach to Manual Therapy of the Immune System: Experimental Study
In 2017, studies on microkinesitherapy were published in the internationally indexed scientific reference journal Medline (National Library of Medicine, USA): https://www.nlm.nih.gov/
In 2017, an article titled “Complementary Therapy: Microkinesitherapy” was published in the indexed scientific journal HEGEL (HEpato-GastroEntérologie Libérale). The article briefly outlines the fundamentals of microkinesitherapy, as well as its place and effectiveness in complementary approaches.
